1. Who you are contracting with

Anchored (“the Service”) is provided by ANXRD(“ANXRD”, “we”, “us”), trading as Anchored at anxrd.com. By using the Service you enter into an agreement with ANXRD on these terms. Contact: support@anxrd.com.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service. You confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, or have the authority to bind the organisation you represent.

3. What Anchored provides

Anchored lets you describe a situation and receive Scripture-based guidance — passages, context, practical steps, a reflection question and a prayer — plus a Bible reader, daily verse, devotional emails and saved reflections. Guidance text is generated with the assistance of AI models and may be inaccurate or incomplete. It is spiritual encouragement only and is not pastoral, counselling, medical, legal or financial advice. Always verify passages in your own Bible and seek qualified help where needed.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Licence and restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial devotional use within the plan you selected. You must not reverse engineer the Service, resell or redistribute it, or circumvent technical or usage limits.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

• break the law, or facilitate fraud, spam or harassment;
• infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights;
• interfere with security — introducing malware, probing or scanning systems, scraping at scale, or attempting unauthorised access;
• generate or distribute illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive or abusive content, or attempt to jailbreak or manipulate the AI models behind the Service;
• present AI-generated output as authoritative religious, medical or legal advice.

You are responsible for the prompts you submit, for having the rights to any content you input, for how you use outputs, and for verifying their accuracy. We may remove or restrict content, filter or refuse outputs, and suspend accounts to enforce these rules.

7. Intellectual property

ANXRD retains all ownership of the Service, including its software, design, branding and documentation. You keep ownership of the content you submit and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service. Bible texts are used under the terms of their respective publishers. If you believe content on Anchored infringes your rights, email support@anxrd.com with details and we will investigate and remove infringing material; repeat infringers lose access.

8. Payments and subscriptions

Anchored Plus is sold by ANXRD. Card payments, billing and tax handling are processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe, on our behalf. We never see or store your full card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you chose ($4.99 monthly or $39 annually) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Manage billing on your profile, and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout based on your location. See our Refund Policy and Pricing page for current plans.

9. Service level

We work to keep Anchored available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change, and maintenance or third-party outages may interrupt access.

10. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify ANXRD against claims arising from content you submit, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. On termination your licence ends; you may request an export of your saved reflections within 30 days, after which data is deleted in line with our Privacy Notice.

13. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ANXRD is established, and disputes will be heard by the courts of that jurisdiction, unless local consumer law gives you other rights. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in force. We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a revised date.
